I had such an incredible experience touring this childcare center with Sara. From the moment we walked through the door, she made us feel completely welcome, comfortable, and at ease. Her tour was exceptionally thorough and thoughtful. She took the time to walk us through every single room, explain the daily routines, safety protocols, and learning programs, and she answered every question we had with so much patience and honesty. We never felt rushed for a single second. What stood out most, though, was Sara’s genuine passion for early childhood care. You can immediately tell how deeply she cares about the children, the educators, and the families here. Her warmth, leadership, and attentiveness bring such a positive, secure energy to the entire center. It is rare to find a manager who is so hands-on, professional, and truly invested in what she does. I cannot recommend Sara and this wonderful center highly enough!

The tour was extremely detailed and never felt rushed. Sara genuinely seemed passionate about the children and the centre, which really stood out to us. We left feeling so impressed and confident about the centre. You can tell the team truly cares, and we would highly recommend coming in for a tour!

We could not be happier with North Star! The facilities are absolutely beautiful, clean, and filled with fantastic, thoughtfully designed spaces for the children to play and learn. What truly makes it special, though, is the staff: they are exceptionally caring, attentive, and always helpful. Knowing our child is in such a safe, warm, and nurturing environment brings us total peace of mind. Highly recommend!

A beautiful childcare centre and such an awesome addition to Mernda. The educators are fantastic, really caring and the centre has a really warm and welcoming family feel to it. A must see for any parent looking for childcare in the area.

We've had a great experience with this new childcare centre. The staff are kind, caring, and welcoming, and the centre is clean and well organised.

Can't speak highly enough of what we have experienced so far. As soon as you walk in you feel the difference. The rooms are absolutely outstanding and that dedicated arts and crafts...we now need one at home! We'd like to personally thank Rosie for the time she took in showing us through and explaining everything so thoroughly, no other centre even came close to that experience and our little one has never enjoyed her time at a childcare until she's come here.

My grandson attends kindergarten there and I find the teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. The program caters for different needs and he comes home telling me all about his day. Especially Rosie the leaf bug and the fishes in his room.

My daughter has been going to North Star for almost six months now and it really feels like she has a great time, learns loads and is forming great friendships with every visit. Takes some solid coaxing to try and get her to get in the car after actually. Staff are all lovely and the location is super convenient for us. Recommended.

My son loves coming to North Star. The staff are wonderful and the play spaces are thoughtfully set up and engaging!!

I highly recommend Northstar to anyone sending their children to Daycare / Kinder. My kids has been there since they opened and the staff have been amazing! They are all so welcoming and happy to see you every morning. My kids have learnt so much and are so comfortable and happy here. The ladies at Northstar are understanding and accommodate to different child's needs which has been a blessing! Nothing is too much for them to help with. I am so happy to have my children looked after and loved while I have to work. I cannot recommend enough.👌
